MARK URGES RESIDENTS TO “HAVE THEIR SAY” ON RELIEF ROAD

Have your say!

Commenting, Mark said:
"The campaign for this vital link road has been running for years and in countless surveys, local residents have shown strong support for the project.
"Even though the vast majority are in favour of the road's completion, however, it is true to say that a small but vociferous minority are still opposed to the idea.
"That is why I am encouraging everybody to make sure they have their say on the plans, so we can get this road built as soon as possible which will relieve traffic across the area, and add up to 5,000 jobs and £2.5 billion to the local economy.
"Residents have until 25th January 2013 to return the survey and I hope as many as possible respond."
